If you have questions about your store purchase, need to exchange an item or obtain a refund please send an email to support@buglabs.net. You can also call us at 1-866-9BUGLAB (1-866-928-4522) between the hours of 9am-5pm, M-F, EST. At present, we are unable to accept international orders. Privacy Policy Bug Labs has an agreement with NetSuite for NetSuite to provide the ordering functionality for our products. When you provide information to order products from us, that information is collected and stored by NetSuite. Until we develop our own privacy policy and terms of use for our website, we will comply with the NetSuite privacy policy for any contact information (as described in the NetSuite privacy policy) that you provide to us or NetSuite as part of the order process. When we complete our own privacy policy and terms of use, we will post them on our website, and those new terms will apply to our use of your contact and other information. You must be 18 years of age or older, with a valid credit card, to pre-order a Bug Labs product from our website. See the NetSuite privacy policy for details about information that will be collected in connection with your order. We will bill your credit card when we are ready to ship the Bug Labs product to you. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Bug Labs' acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bug Labs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bug Labs further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Bug Labs upon our delivery of the product that you have ordered. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Returns of Bug Labs products are subject to our then-current return policy, which can be found below. IN NO EVENT SHALL BUG LABS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE, EVEN IF BUG LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, BUG LABS' LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50) AND THE AMOUNTS (IF ANY) YOU PAID TO BUG LABS FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACCRUAL OF THE CLAIM, OR THE PRICE OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT IN THE CASE OF A PRODUCT-RELATED CLAIM.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your Bug Labs, Inc. product (the "Product"), Bug Labs allows you to return the Product if it was purchased by you directly from Bug Labs and you obtain a Bug Labs return material authorization ("RMA") during the thirty (30) day period following date Bug Labs shipped the product to you. |
